General

We cater to all major brands like Sony, Apple, Samsung, Nikon, Cannon, Nokia, Micromax, Tag Heuer, Dell, Xolo, Vivo, Oppo HTC, HCL, Acer and all other brands for our mobile range have authorized service centre in city.

Smart Secure Mobile Protection covers your phone from the following:
1. Theft & Burglary (1 year)
2. Accidental Physical Damage (1 year)
3. Liquid Damage (1 year)
4. Fire and lightening (1 year)

Smart Secure should get registered within 15 days from the date of purchase of the handset. Please note it is valid only on brand new handsets (purchased online or at retail) and not valid on second hand or refurbished handsets.

Your mobile phone is absolutely safe with us; we provide you with in-transit insurance for your Mobile phone. A detailed job sheet is provided once the phone is picked up from you for your reference and online tracker for updates and status.

Please select the plan based on the price that you have paid for the device-this is the price that should be mentioned on the invoice provided to you by your retailer. If you have paid a discounted price, you will be eligible for coverage up to the discounted amount only.

Our call center services are offered 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

All the calls are transferred and recorded onto the server during non-service hours or when the phone line is busy and our care team always revert on all missed call of IVR. As per the service agreement, our agents respond to those calls later, so a call is never lost unattended or you can write us at care@electronicsewa.com

We never compromise on the security of your contacts and have implemented stringent data security measures to ensure complete confidentiality of your information. Our staff is made to sign non-disclosure agreements and any data security breach is severely penalized. You can be certain of your business' safety with us.

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the Electronicsewa confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.

You will receive an email containing the details of your plan. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213), a listing of the plan(s) you have ordered.

Theft Related

Theft claims can be made only once during the protection validity period of 12 months. This means Smart Secure is not valid on the replacement phone that you receive after the first claim is made.

Yes, the following eligibility criteria hold for registering any Smart Secure:

1. Mobile phone, purchase Invoice of which in the name of someone who is under 18 year old is not covered
2. Mobile phones, purchase invoice date of which is more than 15 days old are not covered
3. Refurbished / Second hand mobile phones are not covered

Protection is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase of handset. You can claim before completion of 1 year

Damage Related

Smart Secure is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase of your mobile phone. You can make a claim any no. of times for physical and liquid damage during the protection validity period of 12 months.

The only deductible applicable is 10 % of Invoice value or Rs. 500, whichever is higher - payable at the time of submitting your damage phone along with the documents.

No, a plan once registered can't be cancelled for that particular phone.

INTIMATION:

Customer intimate the claim to ELECTRONICSEWA at Number 9555500099/011-49696969 within 48 hours of occurrence and get Claim Intimation Reference Number(CIRN)

Extended warranty commences as soon as the manufacturer's warranty ends. Depending on the plan that you have chosen, it is valid for 1 year after the end of manufacturer's warranty. E

lectronics Sewa extends the manufacturer’s warranty for an additional period beyond the original warranty provided by the brand. All aspects that are covered under manufacturer’s warranty are covered under Electronics Sewa Extended Warranty as well.

Repair Related

We do in and out of warranty repairs. In case warranty we collect invoice and gadget and submit the gadget at the service centre. In case of out of warranty repair we do repair by our expert technicians.

Electronicsewa provides a service warranty of 180 days from the time mobile has been delivered for select screen/LCD repairs. Warranty for other repairs is 30 days.

The warranty covers the service issues which were fixed by Electronicsewa.com. Warranty doesn’t cover any breakage/water damage caused by external environment after a mobile has been delivered. In case mobile gets open by some other technician apart from Electronicsewa technician Warranty would be null and void. Also repairs of water damage phones do not carry any warranty.

Electronicsewa.com would charge the same amount irrespective of your phone being in original warranty period or not.

Electronicsewa.in is an independent smartphone service network. If your phone is within the warranty period, its manufacturer warranty might void post repair with Electronicsewa.com.

Credit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
